Girls Youth Weightlifting

This weightlifting technique course provides hands-on instruction to learn the snatch and the clean and jerk. Sessions will also train squatting, pushing and pulling to improve overall body control, strength, mobility and mental toughness.

6 week Course with sessions 2x per week.
